I walked to the post office at lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the semi-cool temperature and sunny blue sky.
In other news, I failed day 1 without caffeine and had popped open a soda before 9 am. My reasoning? I overslept and I had a hockey game tonight so I would burn it off... Sounds pretty close to the logic of an addict. My revised goal is only 1 caffeinated beverage per week. Hopefully this goal lasts longer than 12 hours!
Is tea off the list? It has more positive features than negative!
