Dropbox is one of my all-time favorite utilities as it seamlessly syncs your specified files across multiple computers and devices. For example, mine syncs with 2 computers and my iPhone, and is one of the best user interfaces I have experienced. You can get up to 8 gb of free storage space in the cloud, so there is no reason to say no!
